Murphy & Co Solicitors have an established reputation for conveyancing and other matters have operated in Campsie for nearly fifteen years. Since August 2009 we are located in Bexley North next to the car park. Our office is located close to Bexley North Train Station and the M5 exit. Enter the Bexley North Carpark which has its entrance off Slade Road and you can park at the front of the office. The office is at ground level facing the council carpark and next to the TAB. We provide the following services:

• Fixed price conveyancing ($950 for purchase and $850 for sale) includes everything that you normally need or have to get, such as GST, sundries, government inquiries, disbursements, final search, FHOG application, negotiations with the other solicitor, mortgage documents and so on. These are all included in the one price.
• There is an extra fee for pest, building or strata reports which are optional extras or if your lender has a request for extra documents we will obtain them at cost price.
• We can handle your probate application for deceased estates.($1500) plus court fees
• Preparation of Wills ($100)
• Notary Public ($70)
